mCherry on the outside + eGFP on the inside = A cell fit for Instagram

A neuroblastoma cell expressing the mu-opioid receptor bound to an mCherry fluorophore and a trafficking protein (Sec24) bound to eGFP. The goal of this research is to better understand how opioids affect the trafficking of the opioid receptor to the plasma membrane.
